9/3/15 Cedar Creek Lake Texas Fishing Report with DallasFishingCharters.com

LAKE WATER TEMP: 82 - 86 Degrees
WATER COLOR / CLARITY: Lighty Stained / 2-3 Ft Visibility
Fishing has been pretty steady lately. Water temps in the mid-to lower 80s. We have seen about a 5° water temp cooldown with the cool weather last week. The big hybrid stripers have showed up some lately. What a blast catching these big hybrid Striper. Our white bass are still surfacing on most mornings. On occasions there will be some big hybrids mixed in. Other days we are just using our sonar and finding them on the bottom.
After the morning feeding frenzy we are finding white bass on the sides of humps and points. We are using baits from Moe's Tackle Shop. One of my trips last week we brought in about 30 crappie and about 60 whitebass. What a fun day catching a mixed bag of fish. Crappie season is just around the corner. Generally by October the bite is on! Get on the books early to guarantee availability.
